This policy explains what personal information Infinity Aerobatics collects, why, how we look after it, and the rights you have. We are the data controller for the information described here.

Who we are

Information we collect

Enquiries & bookings. When you contact us or book a flight, we collect the details you give us: name, email, phone number, and anything needed to schedule and safely run your flight.
Technical data. Our host (Cloudflare) processes basic request data such as IP address for security and to serve the site. We do not run advertising trackers.

Instagram & Meta platform

Our website displays our own recent Instagram posts using Meta’s Instagram Graph API. To do this we hold a Meta access token for the Infinity Aerobatics business account, stored securely on our server. We use it only to fetch and show our own posts.

We do not collect, store or process the personal data of visitors’ Instagram or Facebook accounts, and we do not log you into Meta. If you click through to our Instagram profile, your activity there is governed by Meta’s own Privacy Policy. Any imagery shown is content we have published ourselves.

How we use your information

Reply to you and manage your booking
Schedule flights and let you know about weather changes
Send you your cockpit video and post-flight materials
Meet our safety and regulatory obligations

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract (your booking), your consent (enquiries), and our legitimate interests (running the business and keeping the site secure).

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your details. We share them only with the service providers that help us operate, under appropriate safeguards:

Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
Meta Platforms: solely to display our own Instagram posts, as described above.
Email: to correspond with you about your booking.

We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies

The public website sets no marketing or tracking cookies. A single functional cookie is used only inside our private staff admin area to keep an administrator signed in; it is never set for ordinary visitors.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry information only as long as needed for the flight, our records and legal obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port the personal data we hold about you, or object to our processing. To exercise any of these, email loop@infinityaerobatics.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Data deletion

To request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, email loop@infinityaerobatics.com with the subject line “Data deletion” and the email address or phone number you contacted us with. We will confirm and delete your data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to meet a legal obligation.

We do not store personal data obtained from Instagram or Facebook about our visitors, so there is no Meta-sourced personal data to delete. If you believe otherwise, use the same address and we will investigate and remove anything found.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
